At MUST Consulting, we’re looking for bilingual Ruby Developers (English/Spanish) to join exciting international projects.

🕒 Availability: US Eastern Standard Time (EST)

🌍 Mode: Remote or hybrid (depending on client preference)

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Ruby / Ruby on Rails.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in English to define requirements and propose technical solutions.

• Optimize performance and scalability.

• Integrate APIs and external services.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and QA processes.

• Document processes and solutions clearly.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Ruby (preferably with Ruby on Rails).

• Advanced English (oral and written).

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Git.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Availability to work in EST time zone.

🔹 Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Heroku).

• Automated testing (RSpec, Minitest).

• CI/CD tools knowledge.
